CNB of Texas Person to Person Payment Recipient's Agreement

In order to receive a Person to Person payment sent to you from a CNB of Texas customer you must register, review and accept the Person to Person Recipient's Agreement and our Privacy Disclosure. Once you complete your registration our P2P payment services will recognize you for any future payments you may receive. If you need assistance at any point with the retrieval of your P2P payment please contact our Call Center at 1-877-938-4300.

• You must establish a user name and password
• You must agree to guard your password and to not share it with others
• If you think your password has been compromised, or you forget your password you should contact CNB of Texas immediately at 1-877-938-4300 for assistance
• You must provide your bank information:
• account type (checking or savings)
• my bank name
• my bank account number
• my bank routing number
• You must enter your personal contact information:
• First & Last Name
• User name & Password
• Email Address
• Mobile number
• You must sign in and retrieve your payment within 7 days or the payment will expire and will not be funded to your account
• You may choose to accept or reject the person to person payment
• Once you accept the payment, you will receive notification of the amount you accepted
• You should receive credit at your bank via the ACH Network within 3 business days. You should verify receipt of your credit and funds availability by contacting your bank.
